Behind The Cup: Pranoy Thipaiah

A sensorial exploration of one of the most widely-consumed beverages in the world. In this case, it begins its journey as a seed under dense, old-growth canopies of Kerehaklu in Chikmagalur, Karnataka.

Pranoy takes you through the intricacies of handed-down agricultural processes, living alongside biodiversity and modern advancements of fermentation which lead to the tongue-twisting notes we see on bags of coffee.
